* Nuestras cabañas son preferencialmente para grupos familiares con niños y/o mascotas.
* Apreciamos el respeto al entorno, al uso moderado de recursos energéticos como gas, electricidad y leña o carbón, el respeto a la tranquilidad de los vecinos y al cuidado del entorno.
* No aceptamos grupos de amigos y fiestas con altoparlantes ni eventos que alteren la tranquilidad de otros o de nuestros vecinos.
* No queremos recibir sacos de basura repletos ni la propiedad en estado deplorable y sucia.
* No queremos poner nuestros muebles en el orden en que entregamos la cabaña ni manchados, quemados, rotos o quebrados.
* No queremos vajilla ni utensilios de cocina quemados, rotos o perdidos o desperdigados en el patio.
* Le pedimos encarecidamente que nuestras lámparas e inventario no se conviertan en juguetes para los niños. No queremos encontrar cubiertos, vajilla ni restos de tabaco, papeles, colillas de cigarrillos en el pasto ni el entorno.
* Entregamos la propiedad limpia, ordenada y queremos recibirla en el mismo estado.
* En caso de accidente en o fuera de nuestro recinto no respondemos por daños a terceros ni de acompañantes o visitas ni tampoco por enfermedad posterior a una visita o uso de nuestra propiedad.
* No entregamos balones llenos de gas para calefacción en Radal o Pumalen.
* Por el hecho de pagar su reserva mediante cualquier forma o proveedor Usted y sus acompañantes asumen la absoluta responsabilidad sobre el uso de la propiedad y su integridad. Cualquier daño, incendio, rotura sea accidental o inoportuno es de responsabilidad del arrendatario durante el tiempo que haga uso o disponga de la propiedad.
Garantia
* Cualquier daño al inventario o la propiedad será con cargo al deposito de garantía del arriendo en primera instancia y en caso de daño mayor será de responsabilidad del arrendatario y/o sus acompañantes asumir el costo total de la reposición del daño causado, sea este por accidente o cualquier otra causa con excepción de guerra, terremoto, erupción volcánica o catástrofe natural de otro tipo.
* Contamos con inventario fotográfico de las cabañas el entorno y sus componentes, muebles y utilería en general.
Calefacción
* Le entregamos, en cortesía y a costo nuestro, solo el día de su llegada, la cabaña - si es necesario - inicialmente calefaccionada. Puede comprar cuanta leña necesite de proveedores locales en supermercado y comercio local en Coñaripe
* Bajo ninguna circunstancia haga uso de otro combustible en las estufas de las tinas calientes o combustiones lentas de la cabaña. Revise las condiciones de nuestro contrato de arriendo que Usted subscribe al pagar la reserva
* Cabañas Hualle y Canelo usan un calefactor sin leña comparativamente 200% mas eficiente que la quema de madera. El resto funciona todavía con leña. Recalentar esas tinas tiene un costo diario
* Radal y Pumalen se calefaccionan con gas. Solicitar gas via Tel/whatsapp a Abastible Coñaripe buscar en Internet.
Responsabilidad
